Disclosure, sale, or sharing
Information may be disclosed to service providers, contractors, independent plumbing providers, call-routing partners, analytics vendors, advertising partners, and professional advisers. Depending on how advertising, tracking, or lead-routing technologies are configured, some transfers may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under California law even when no money is exchanged for the information.
California rights
